to the needs of the client, ranging from non intrusive
visual surveys to comprehensive condition analyses. Working
at the pre-tender stage, we liaise closely with Conservation
Officers, Architects and Structural Engineers.
Following the inspection, a report is produced detailing
areas of concern, including photographs and drawings. This
will highlight structural concerns and a diagnosis of defects
outlining probable causes. With this specific information
we can offer clear advice and specify cost effective remedial
works, specific to the historic and cultural value of the
